Merger and Acquisition activites

Helping to create new opportunities for growth through a combination of merger and/or acquisition possibilities.

PR agency growth has been explosive these past 10+ years. As the larger firms have consolidated and grouped themselves into advertiser-owned entities, new agencies have sprung up, and those agencies that have chosen to remain independent have grown.

That having been said, there are opportunities for agencies to grow through strategic combining - merging their skills, their personnel and their clients into an entity that is more efficient that will provide both client growth and increased client satisfaction.

Arnold Huberman Associates can help guide you through the process, and has represented both the buyer and the seller (but never simultaneously!!) at various times. These negotiations can be emotional and difficult, and we provide a reasoned, impartial buffer to help guide both parties through the process. The same process we use to help our clients acquire the services of a candidate apply to the negotiating process, and we strive to find ways to get past some of the "ownership" issues.

Most of all, we serve as a matchmaker, as we can match the needs of the acquirer with the appropriate acquisition candidate. Much of our activity in this area has revolved around a request from one party to find them a good match to combine forces with.
