Arnold Huberman Associates, Inc. is an executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the placement of public relations and corporate communications professionals. We are hired by both public relations agencies and corporations to find them the person that best matches each company's professional requirements and corporate culture.

We strongly believe that mid-level managers are as important as senior level professionals, and devote equal energy to finding the best qualified applicants regardless of level. We work with you as a partner to find you the best possible candidate in an effecive and cost-efficient way. After over 20 years handling retained search, we have developed a set of procedures to make this search as efficient as possible.

We will -

Meet with you in person. In an search, we are recruiting for personalities as well as skillset, and it is critical that we meet at the beginning of the process so that we do not waste your time with unsuitable personalities, regardless of skill level.
Listen to what you want. Our job is not to waste your time, but to ascertain your needs and fill them.
Work closely with you as the search progresses. Our clients do not have to ask for progress reports, as we keep them informed on as regular a basis as the search merits. And we are always available, 24/7. Always.
Present the candidates to you in a professional manner, so that you know more about them than just what is on the resume.
Reference the candidates thoroughly, either ourselves, or by providing you with a list of references that are meaningful.
Negotiate on your behalf, when appropriate. We - and most candidates - prefer to handle salary negotiations directly with you. Again, when appropriate, as some clients prefer to handle them directly, in which case we are there to assist, if necessary.
Guarantee the position for a reasonable length of time, and make good on those rare instances where things do not work out, regardless of the reason.
